Crochet Instructions:

The bow is first crocheted as a strip, then tied into a bow and shaped.

Chain 60, turn, 1 sc in each st across. Ch 1 and turn.

Rows 2-3: 1 sc in each st. Break off and fasten, weaving ends in.

Tie crocheted strip into a bow.

Hanger. Sl st sc into knot of bow, ch 10, sl st into same st, break off and fasten, weaving ends in.

Shaping Instructions:

See General Instructions for pinning and spraying. Shape as shown in the diagram, making bow loops wide at outsides. Stretch ends of tail to make wider at bottom and pinch tails near knot, to make this area narrow. Stretch inside edge of bow tails longer than outside edge, so that tails come to a point. Form hanger into a diamond or other open shape.
