Materials
Plastic Canvas: 2 pcs., 3½” x 4”
Yarn: blue—1 yd. (optional, for ribbon); black—1 yd.; white—12 in. (optional, for whiskers); yellow—26 yds. (dazzle yarn, 2659 Lemons).
1 clothespin
2 brown animal eyes—7mm

1. Cut 2 body pieces from plastic canvas. Cut out openings for eyes on one piece only (front side).
2. Stitch the entire body pieces with variegated yellow yarn. On the front side backstitch the facial features in black and the neck ribbon in blue. On the backside continue the blue backstitching around neck, but omit the bow. Over­cast all edges. Attach eyes and whiskers, if desired. (See general instructions).
3. Assemble as directed in general instructions. Continue overcasting sides together all the way around tail.
4. Overcast blue ribbon at neck to make the ribbon continuous around the cat.
