Peaches and Cream Delight

What You Need:

  • 1 (15 oz) can of sliced peaches in light syrup, drained well
  • 1 1/2 C of fat free cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. of cream cheese, cubed
  • Splenda to equal 1 tbsp of sugar

How to Make It:

  1. Slice 4 of the peaches very thin and set aside.
  2. Place the remaining peaches into the blender.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and process until well blended.
  4. Add in the cream cheese and Splenda and blend until smooth.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 4 serving cups and garnish with the reserved peach slices.

Makes 4 servings

This refreshing breakfast is easy to throw together but is full of protein. It’s a refreshing way to start out your day. Try it with apricots or pears for something a little different each time you make it.
