Baked Pineapple Bacon

sizzling baconWhat You Need:

  • 1 lb. Canadian bacon, sliced
  • 1/4 C brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 C of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the bacon into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice and mustard.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bacon.
  5. Cover the dish and bake 25 minutes or until piping hot.

Makes 8 servings
