What You Need:
- 1 lb. Canadian bacon, sliced
- 1/4 C brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 C of unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the bacon into the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice and mustard.
- Pour the mixture over the bacon.
- Cover the dish and bake 25 minutes or until piping hot.
