MODA DEA™ "Primo", Art R103 (1.75 ounce/77 yard ball); 5 Balls No, 3012 Black.

Crochet Hooks: 6mm [US J-10] and 6.5mm [US K-10.5].

Yarn needle.

GAUGE: 2 ch-5 lps = 3"; 6 rnds = 3" in pat with larger hook. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

Length: 15", Garment may lengthen a bit when first worn.

With larger hook, ch 77; join with a sl st in first ch to form a ring, being careful that ch is not twisted.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in same ch as joining, * ch 5, skip next 2 ch, sc in next ch, ch 5, skip next 3 ch **, sc in next ch; rep from * around, end at **; join with a sl st in first sc - 22 ch-5 lps.

Rnd 2: Ch 1, * sc in sc, ch 5, skip ch-5 lp; rep from * around; join.

Rnd 3: Sl st in first 3 ch of ch-5 lp, ch 1, * sc around both of the ch-5 lps of the last 2 rnds, ch 5, sc in next sc, ch 5; rep from * around; join - 44 ch-5 lps.

Rnd 4: Rep Rnd 2.

Rnd 5: Sl st in first 3 ch of ch-5 lp, ch 1, * sc around both of the ch-5 lps from the last 2 rnds, ch 5; rep from * around; join.

Rep Rnds 4 and 5 until approximately 13" from beg (garment may lengthen a bit when worn), end by working Rnd 5, do not fasten off at end of last rnd.

Lower Edging: Ch 1, * (sc, ch 3, sc) all in sc, work 4 sc around ch-5 lp of last rnd; rep from * around; join. Fasten off.

NECK EDGING-Rnd 1: With right side facing and smaller hook, attach yarn at neck edge; ch 1, work 78 sc evenly spaced around neck; join in first sc.

Rnd 2: Ch 2, skip first st; * hdc around next st from the front - fphdc made; hdc around next st from the back - bphdc mode; rep from * to last st; fphdc; join to top of ch-2.

Rnd 3: Rep Rnd 2.

Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in some ch as joining, * ch 3; sc around next st from the front - fpsc made; ch 3; sc around next st from the back - bpsc made; rep from * to last st; ch 3, fpsc, ch 3; join to first sc. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
