Strawberry Gelatin Bars

What You Need:

  • 1 lg. box strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cups fresh sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup crushed pretzels
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¾ cup butter
  • Small container of whipped topping
  • 8 ounces pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar

How to Make It:

  1. Mix pretzels, brown sugar and butter and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake crust at 350° F for 10 minutes.
  2. Let cool. Whip whipped topping, cream cheese, and sugar and spread on top of crust. Mix gelatin with 2 cups boiling water.
  3. Let gelatin partially congeal. Add strawberries and pour on top of whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.
