- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 C dried sweet cranberries
- 1/2 C dried apples, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
How to Make It:
- Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Sprinkle with the green onions.
- Add the cranberries and apples.
- Next add the garlic.
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
- Pour in the water and the lemon juice.
- Dot the top with the butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Tip: The chicken can be seasoned with garlic salt and pepper before being placed in the crock pot. Just omit the minced garlic if you season.
