- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 (1.89 oz) pkg. chicken gravy mix
- 1 C white wine
- 1 (11 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
How to Make It:
- Place the pieces of chicken into the crock pot.
- Add the dry chicken gravy mix over the top of the chicken.
- Pour in the soup.
- Add the wine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
- Add the cream cheese and continue to cook 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken to a plate.
- Whisk the ingredients in the crock pot to make sure everything is mixed together well.
- Place one piece of chicken over a bed of pasta.
- Top with the mushroom mixture.
Tip: This recipe is great even without the chicken. Use the sauce over pasta or rice. You can also substitute cream of chicken or cream of celery soup for a different taste.
