- 1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen Asian vegetables
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. chicken breasts strips
- 5 tsp soy sauce
- 3 T crunchy peanut butter
- 2 C orange juice
How to Make It:
- Place the vegetables, soy sauce, peanut butter and orange juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour into the crock pot.
- Place the chicken in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
Tip: Best if served over white rice.
