Angel Pasta Chicken

What You Need:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 C margarine
  • 1 (1.05 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (11 oz) can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C white wine
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg. onion and chive cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. angel hair pasta

How to Make It:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat melt the margarine.
  2. Add the soup and wine.
  3. Stir in the salad dressing and cream cheese.
  4. Continue to stir continuously until the cream cheese has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  8. Serve the chicken over the pasta.

Tip: This recipe is a favorite. If you’re not an angel hair pasta lover, it can be served over other types of noodles too.
