Blanket measures approximately 37" x 37".

TLC® "Cotton Plus™'', Art. E516: 3 ½ Ounces No. 3001 White CA, 8 ½ ounces No. 3706 Light Rose CB, and 14 ounces No. 3645 Mint CC.

Crochet Hook: 4mm [US G-6]. Yarn needle.

GAUGE: Square measures 5 ¼” x 5 ¼”. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

SQUARE (Make 49): With CA, ch 3; join with a sl st in first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 3, 2 dc in ring, ch 3, [3 dc in ring, ch 3] 3 times; join with a sl st in top of ch3. Fasten off.

Rnd 2: With right side facing, attach CB in the dc after the joining; ch 1, sc in same dc, * skip next dc, (3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) all in next ch-3 sp, skip next dc **, sc in next dc; rep from * around, end at **; join with a sl st to first sc.

Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in same sc as joining, * skip next dc, (dc, [ch 1, dc] twice) all in next dc, skip next dc, (sc, ch 5, sc) all in corner ch-3 sp, skip next dc, (dc, [ch 1, dc] twice) all in next dc, skip next dc **, sc in next sc; rep from * around, end at **; join to first sc. Fasten off.

Rnd 4: With right side facing, attach CC in the 2nd dc after a corner ch-5 lp; ch 1, sc in same dc, * ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next sc, ch 2, skip next dc, sc in next dc, ch 3, skip next dc, (sc, ch 3, sc) all in corner ch-5 lp, ch 3, skip next dc **, sc in next dc; rep from * around, end at **; join.

Rnd 5: Ch 3, * 2 dc in next ch-2 sp, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next ch-2 sp, dc in next sc, 3 dc in next ch-3 sp, dc in next sc, (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) all in corner ch-3 sp, dc in next sc, 3 dc in next ch-3 sp **, dc in next sc; rep from * around, end at **; join to top of ch3. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

FINISHING: Sew squares together: 7 squares wide by 7 squares long.

Edging: With right side facing, attach CA in back lp of any dc; * ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, skip next st, sl st in back lp of next 2 sts; rep from * around, adjusting if necessary at corners and end of rnd. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
