This hoop decoration may be made from two coat hangers bent into shape and then decorated. The hoops are first covered with dark green tissue paper, then placed one within the other, as shown, and fastened securely at the top and bottom. Now the "mistletoe" is suspended by a strong ribbon from some high place where it may hang freely. Glass tree ornaments or homemade decorations may be used to trim the "mistletoe." Decorate both hoops all around, and on the very bottom hang a sprig of real mistletoe.
