RED HEART® "Fiesta®": 4 skeins 6661 Meadow A, 1 skein each 6382 Country Blue B, 6341 Millennium C, and 6635 Coffee D.
Crochet Hook: 5.5mm (US I-9).
Yarn needle.

GAUGE: Square = 6" X 6". CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

PLAIN SQUARE (Make 32): With A, ch 5; join with a slip st in first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 1 (Right Side): Ch 3, 15 dc in ring; join with a slip st in top of ch-3 - 16 sts.

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, [ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next dc, ch 2, skip next dc, 3 dc in next dc] 3 times, ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next dc, ch 2, skip next dc, dc in same st as beginning ch-3; join.

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next dc, [ch 2, dc in next dc, ch 2, dc in next dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next dc] 3 times, ch 2, dc in next dc, ch 2, dc in next dc, dc in same st as beginning ch-3; join.

Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 2 dc, [2 dc in next ch-2 space, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next ch-2 space, dc in next 2 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc] 3 times, [2 dc in next ch-2 space, dc in next dc] twice, dc in next dc, dc in same st as beginning ch-3; join. Fasten off.

Rnd 5: With right side facing, join D in 2nd dc of any corner 3-dc group; ch 1, 3 sc in same dc, [sc in next 11 dc, 5 sc in next dc] 3 times, sc in next 11 sc, 2 sc in same st as first sc; join. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

MULTI-COLORED SQUARE (Make 31):

Work as for Plain Square except fasten off at the end of each rnd and join next color as follows:

Rnd 1: D.

Rnd 2: C.

Rnd 3: B.

Rnd 4: A.

Rnd 5: D.

FINISHING: Sew 7 X 9 squares together, alternating Plain and Multi-Color Squares.

Border-Rnd 1: With right side facing, join D in any sc; ch 1, sc in each sc around and work 3 sc in each corner sc; join with a slip st in first sc. Fasten off.

Rnd 2: With right side facing, join A in any sc; ch 1, sc in same sc, * ch 15, sc in next sc; repeat from * around ending ch 15; join to first sc. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
