What You Need:

• ¾ C sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 C light corn syrup
• 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 C chopped pecans
• Pie crust

How to Make It:

1. Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and beat until well blended.
2. Add the pecans.
3. Pour pecan pie mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
4. Bake 35 minutes or until set at 375° F.
