What You Need:
- ¾ C sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 C light corn syrup
- 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C chopped pecans
- Pie crust
How to Make It:
- Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and beat until well blended.
- Add the pecans.
- Pour pecan pie mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 35 minutes or until set at 375° F.
