Description

Tastes better the second day after spices cooked down.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 med onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans, drain liquid
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1 sm can tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onions.
  2. Put into a crock pot and add other ingredients; mix thoroughly and cook for approximately 1 hour.
  3. Cook down to taste.
