Make squares of Bucilla "Wool and Shetland Wool," 2 oz balls;
or Bear Brand, Fleisher's or Botany Machine Washable Winsom, 2 oz skeins;
or equivalent

Use Crochet Hook, Size G or size required to obtain gauge

GAUGE: Each Square approximately 8 ins. square

Multiple of 2 ch sts

With A, ch 35 for lower edge.

Row 1–right side–Work 1 sc in 4th ch from hook, * skip next ch, 1 dc and 1 sc in next ch; repeat from * 13 times more, skip next ch, 1 dc in next ch, 1 sc in last ch; 16 pats.

Row 2–Ch 3, turn, 1 sc in first sc, * skip next dc, 1 dc and 1 sc in next sc; repeat from * 13 times more, skip next dc, 1 dc in next sc, 1 sc in top of turning ch; 16 pats.

Repeat row 2 until 25 rows–about 8 ins. from beg. Fasten off.
