What You Need:
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 C Karo Blue Label syrup
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted with 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 C toasted pecans, halves or chopped
- Pie crust
How to Make It:
- Combine all ingredients for pie filling, adding pecans last.
- Pour pecan pie mix into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400° F, then reduce oven heat to 350° F and bake 35 minutes longer or until pie crust is golden brown.
