What You Need:
- 1 C canned pumpkin
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ginger
- Salt to taste
- 2 egg yolks
- Pie crust
How to Make It:
- Beat the whites of two eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Bake in crust at 425° F for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° F and bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Serve with whipped cream.
