Description: Don't toss those plastic shopping bags! Cut them into narrow strips to crochet recycled rugs for any room in your home. These three designs are for a heart-shaped rug, a spiral rug, and a shag rug to make in stripes or scrap colors.
Crocheted using 2-inch or 2½-inch wide strips cut from plastic shopping bags and a size I (5.50 mm) or K (6.50 mm) crochet hook. Approximate finished sizes: Heart, 27" x 26"; Spiral, 27" diameter; Shag, 20" x 30".
