Fudge Pecan Pie Recipe

fudge pecan pie recipeWhat You Need:

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 C Karo Blue Label syrup
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted with 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 C toasted pecans, halves or chopped
  • Pie crust

How to Make It:

  1. Combine all ingredients for pie filling, adding pecans last.
  2. Pour pecan pie mix into pie crust.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 400° F, then reduce oven heat to 350° F and bake 35 minutes longer or until pie crust is golden brown.
